Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for Part-time work (20-25 hours weekly; or more depending on availability).

Requirements:

  • Private Pilot License is required;
  • Successful completion of the FAA instrument written test;
  • Available to work weekends.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Verifying legality of flight assignments and flight plans;
  • Building and optimizing crewmember flight assignments;
  • Scheduling aircraft maintenance and interacting with maintenance personnel;
  • Ensuring aircraft inspection items are up to date;
  • Acting as a customer contact regarding flight status;
  • Arranging customer ground transportation;
  • Tracking company revenue flights.

Director Fleet Operations

The Director of Fleet Operations is responsible for the safety, efficiency, standardization, and logistics of a growing fleet of aircraft based across the East Coast (currently 14 aircraft size). This includes oversight of all maintenance, compliance, serving as Director of Maintenance, process design and implementation, and aircraft upkeep. There is significant opportunity for growth in this role as the company continues to scale.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • 3 or more years of general aviation (piston) maintenance experience;
  • FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant Ratings;
  • FAA Inspection Authorization;
  • 5 or more years of aviation management or aircraft maintenance management experience;
  • 5 or more years of success in a leadership role, to include overseeing a team(s);
  • Technology-savvy, Including use of MS Word, Excel, and custom software products;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Cirrus aircraft experience;
  • Turbine experience (plans to add Cirrus Jet);
  • Part 135 or Part 121 air carrier experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher;
  • Formal quality management training (Lean Six Sigma, etc.).

This application is intended for full-time and flex-time pilot positions. Full-time pilots will be assigned flights 4 days per week out of airports within their metro area. Flex pilots will be expected to be available a minimum of 24 days in a quarter.

  • Currently, applications are being accepted for pilots for work in the Eastern U.S.
  • Training takes place in Atlanta, GA, prior to heading back to work at domicile. We target 2-3 weeks for this process.

Please ensure that you meet the following Company and FAA Part 135 eligibility requirements as a pilot:

Qualifications and Attributes

PIC-IFR Pilot: You hold an FAA Commercial Pilot’s Certificate with an instrument rating, or ATP Certificate with an airplane category rating, along with a valid first or second class medical certificate.

  • Have at least 1,200 hours of flight time as a pilot, including:
    • 500 hours of Cross Country Time
    • 100 hours of Night Flight Time
    • 75 hours of Actual or Simulated Instrument Time, with 50 of those hours in actual flight

Important: Due to the weight sensitive nature of the Cirrus SR22, applicants may only weigh 210 lbs. or less.

Fleet Manager, A&P

ImagineAir, the nation’s largest air taxi is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to manage it’s growing fleet of Cirrus aircraft in a maintenance role. The fleet manager will report directly to ImagineAir’s Director of Maintenance (DM).

This position will require the individual to perform phase inspections, complete navigation updates and equipment inspections. This person will need experience on Cirrus SR22 aircraft, as well as Avidyne Entegra and Garmin Perspective avionics systems and Jeppesen services.
