 1. FAA Commercial Pilot’ s Certificate SEL with an instrument rating, or ATP Certificate with Airplane SEL privileges
 2. Current and valid first or second-class medical certificate
 3. A maximum weight of 210 lbs. or less

 Total Flight Time

 1200 hours                              
 Cross-Country Time  500 hours                                
 Night-time  100 hours                                 
 Instrument(actual or simulate in actual flight)  75 hours (50 in actual flight)
 Fixed-Wing time  200 hours                                 

Selected applicants will attend ground and flight training in Atlanta, GA over the course of 2-3 weeks. Employment offers are extended to those who satisfactorily pass and complete training, check-rides and IOEs.

Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for Part-time work (20-25 hours weekly; or more depending on availability). This position is for candidates local to Atlanta metro only.


  • Private Pilot License is required;
  • Successful completion of the FAA instrument written test;
  • Available to work weekends.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Verifying legality of flight assignments and flight plans;
  • Building and optimizing crewmember flight assignments;
  • Scheduling aircraft maintenance and interacting with maintenance personnel;
  • Ensuring aircraft inspection items are up to date;
  • Acting as a customer contact regarding flight status;
  • Arranging customer ground transportation;
  • Tracking company revenue flights.
